Addressing maintenance and repair concerns, the management team has effectively tackled significant issues such as water leakage through the penthouse walls. By seeking an official expert report through the court system, a thorough assessment was conducted, leading to prioritized repairs. These repairs included comprehensive wall isolation and repainting, which were essential to preventing further damage and ensuring the integrity of the property before the onset of winter.
Throughout my tenure managing Orion City, I have worked closely with a dedicated board committee comprising five members. Their support and involvement have been crucial in implementing these improvements and ensuring the effective management of the complex.
