In response to rising operational costs, the management has implemented several cost-saving measures to ensure sustainability and efficiency. A notable initiative is the installation of a solar panel system dedicated to heating the hammam, significantly reducing the energy expenses associated with maintaining this facility. Additionally, a new cover for the indoor pool has been introduced to minimize heat loss when the pool is not in use, further contributing to energy conservation. To generate additional revenue and support the complex’s financial stability, the hammam is now available for rental, offsetting operational costs. Moreover, a new well water system has been established, which decreases reliance on external water sources and helps lower water expenses.

Addressing maintenance and repair concerns, the management team has effectively tackled significant issues such as water leakage through the penthouse walls. By seeking an official expert report through the court system, a thorough assessment was conducted, leading to prioritized repairs. These repairs included comprehensive wall isolation and repainting, which were essential to preventing further damage and ensuring the integrity of the property before the onset of winter.

Throughout my tenure managing Orion City, I have worked closely with a dedicated board committee comprising five members. Their support and involvement have been crucial in implementing these improvements and ensuring the effective management of the complex. The collaborative efforts have resulted in a well-maintained and efficiently run residential community, where residents enjoy a high quality of life and the benefits of thoughtfully designed and managed facilities.
